CASS Care Ltd. and its parent entity Chinese Australian Services Society Ltd are commonly known in the community as CASS. We have over 40 years of experience working with CALD communities in Metro Sydney and Illawarra. We serve everyone in the community, especially people from East Asian backgrounds, including Chinese, Koreans, Indonesians, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Malaysian etc.
The wide range of services that CASS provides include Home Ageing Services, Residential Aged Care Facility, Elderly Hostel, Disability Services, Settlement services for new migrants, Vocation and Training and Child care.
CASS provides strong support to the seniors. In addition to residential services, our home ageing services include:

• Activity groups for the well-aged CASS supports 4,000+ CALD families weekly.
We won the Premier’s Multicultural Community Medal in 2021.

Multicultural Care (MC) has almost 30 years’ experience working across the aged, health, disability, and community sectors. We work with all cultural groups (currently around 45 different language/cultural groups) and have expertise in complex intersectionality. We have decades of Case Management experience through our Home Care Packages and Short-term Restorative Care, as well as delivering CHSP funded services, NDIS supports, Community Visitors Scheme, and Veterans Home Care. We have partnered with Councils and Health Districts to deliver seniors’ health promotion programs within CALD communities and recruited volunteers and carers from CALD backgrounds to participate in a co-designed carer peer support program.

Western Sydney MRC is a not for profit organisation working with newly arrived migrants, refugees, and diverse communities. Based in the heart of Liverpool CBD, in South Western Sydney, we are at the centre of our community. Our approach to project, service and program design ensures our clients’ and community needs and wants are met.
We champion our diverse community to be empowered, informed and connected. A range of wrap-around programs supports our flagship casework services. These include family services, playgroups, aged care, disability and mental health supports, youth activities, and a variety of information-based sessions including safe driving, employment, education and citizenship sessions delivered in adjacency with additional community development support through leadership programs, capacity building one-2-one support and on and offline event assistance. We aim to promote the principles of access and equity for diverse communities and identify and promote particular disadvantaged groups’ needs to ensure that no one is left behind.
